With the great development of Chinese economy and the concept of humanresource management widely accepted in Chinese enterprise, more and moreenterprises’ managers treat human resources management as the core competitivenessof enterprises and a key factor for establishing competitive advantage. Based on actualbusiness development, human resources management focuses on the staff’s growthand interest, which can effectively attract and retain talents, retain staffs’ jobenthusiasm and motivation, and ultimately promote the corporate strategydevelopment goals. Human resources management has become an integral part of thestrategic development plan, then how to effectively absorb and allocate of humanresources has decisive influence on the enterprise’s strategic development. Asinformation technology and network are fast developing, human resourcemanagement system has become an important tool for the enterprise’ human resourcesmanagement work, therefore, the introduction or design a human resourcesmanagement system in line with the enterprise’s actual development situation brookno delay.This paper takes XMZ company human resources management system asresearch subject. First, this paper points out the research background and thesignificance. Second, the paper introduces the concept of management system intheory, and analyzes the research status and development both in domestic andinternational, then summaries the basic theory of human resource management. Thispaper takes XMZ company human resources management practice as an example. Inthe third part, it comprehensively analyzes XMZ Company from three aspects, that is,XMZ business, human resources management present situation and the existinghuman resources management systems. Based on the above analysis, the paper pointsout the company’s existing problems, such as the systems are difficult to integrate,data cannot be shared, lack of integrated talents, data do not updated in time, dataquality cannot be ensured. The fourth chapter proposed the guiding ideology and taskof the system reconstruction, and then designs the main functional modules, includingtime management module, recruitment module, and performance management module.Reconstruction of human resources management system will surely promote human resources management level and work efficiency, and to some extent promote thedevelopment of enterprise’s information management system. However, during thereconstruction process, many unexpected problems will appear, so enterprises mustset some plans or solutions, and take positive and effective measures to guarantee thehuman resources management system’s reconstruction processes carrying outsmoothly.Limited to data acquisition and the author’s knowledge level, the research subjectstill need further study. I hope every expert or professor can give some advices tomake the paper better.
