With the global economic integration accelerating and the rapid IT developing, the wide application of Internet/Intranet technology and electronic commerce, information technology to the enterprise human resources management brought opportunities and challenges. Enterprise resource integration and optimization configuration integration, ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning)makes use of information technology to manage enterprise resource based on advanced enterprise management thinking.Expating on the ERP theory and the status quo of the ERP to put in practice.The thesis concludes the result that to choose the ERP system will take the advantage of the completion. As a kind of important and special resource, nowadays human resource is the source of wealth in enterprise and has been becoming more and more important and has been research object people have to pay close attention to.It is the modern enterprise human resources management important developing direction that enterprises to strengthen human resources effective management and operation is an important means of enterprise improving competitiveness, introduce the computer and other advanced methods and technology to assist human resources management.In2009-2010, xx group company to introduce and implement EPR (Enterprise Resource Planning) system (including personnel,finance,material) ERP Human resources management system enabled comprehensive is the xx group human resources information construction important milepost,is to an important measure to promote human resources management oriented to professional, scientific, strategic.
