Manufacturing enterprises face more and more challenges as manufacturingindustry developing at top speed. Turnover intention of manufacturing enterprises’employees is higher than other industries’ employees. This problem attracts more andmore researchers’ attention. The survey finds that the turnover reason and the attitudeabout turnover of technology employees are different in non-technology employees.Therefore, in this research, the causal route of turnover intention and influencingfactors were considered as the breakthrough. Then we take T enterprise of Tianjin asan example, combine interview with questionare, analyze the reason of turnover andthe differences between technology and non-technology employees.This paper finds that there is a striking difference between technology andnon-technology employees on turnover intention. By factor analysis and varianceanalysis, this paper finds in the antecedent variables of turnover, both kinds ofemployees have differences in Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment, JobEmbeddedness, and Organizational Citizenship Behavior. By logistic regressionanalysis, this paper finds Job Embeddedness has the most positive effect ontechnology employees’ turnover and affection commitment has the most positiveeffect on non-technology employees’ turnover. Educational background andOrganizational Citizenship Behavior have prominent influence on non-technologyemployees’ turnover while sex and Job Embeddedness have prominent influence ontechnology employees’turnover. At last, according to the analysis and conclusion, thisresearch makes some suggestions about employees’ turnover of manufacturingenterprises.
