With the development of economy and the progress of society,in today's society,knowledge has become the most influential and decisive factors,with the rapid development of knowledge economy,knowledge economy is the main form of today's economy.That is to say,our social development mainly depends on the knowledge type employee.As a pillar industry of national economy of the equipment manufacturing industry,it is not only related to the process of national economic modernization and military life,also represent a country and region's overall economic strength and competitiveness.And,the equipment manufacturing industry is a staff with high-quality industry,to realize the technological innovation ability of enterprises.Therefore,the equipment manufacturing industry pay more attention to the knowledge staff to enhance their own strength.However,in recent years,the equipment manufacturing industry knowledge workers as a high-risk group of job burnout,turnover rate has been high,this problem has seriously affected the sustainable and stable development of equipment manufacturing enterprises.But most scholars only focus effects alone on turnover intention role in job burnout,little attention on other variables on job burnout and turnover intention of the moderator or mediator.Therefore,the equipment manufacturing industry enterprise knowledge workers as the research object,the study of job burnout influence on the turnover intention,and to verify the effect of organizational support on the equipment manufacturing industry turnover intention of knowledge workers,then conducts the thorough research to the buffering effect of organizational support play.The research content is divided into five chapters:The first chapter is the introduction,in this chapter mainly introduces briefly the background of the theory and the practical significance,introduced the research content of this article and research methods.The second chapter is literature review.In this chapter,emphasis on job burnout,perceived organizational support,and turnover intention,the existing research results were reviewed and alienation,and to summarize the experience and shortcomings of previous studies,then lay a theoretical foundation for the research hypothesis is put forward,providing reference The third chapter is the research hypothesis,this chapter is mainly on the basis of the study,are introduced and analyzed briefly on the model,the equipment manufacturing industry is assumed to knowledge type staff job burnout and turnover intention,perceived organizational support and turnover intention of the hypothesized relationships and organizational support adjustment effect hypothesis.And introduced the origin,questionnaire design,content selection on the sample.The fourth chapter is the part of data analysis,in this chapter,using SPSS17.0 to analyze the data,and test the reliability and validity of the questionnaire,the questionnaire data proved reliable,collected data for subsequent analysis.The samples were analyzed by descriptive statistics,exploratory factor analysis,variance analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis to verify the hypotheses.The fifth chapter is the conclusion and suggestion part,this chapter is the conclusion part of this study,by analyzing and processing the data,draw the corresponding results,buffer function verification organization in support of the original hypothesis,according to the empirical results of the analysis provide theoretical basis and suggestions in management.
