The Research Of Green Agricultural Industrialization Management In The Tongnan Of Chongqing

Recent years, under the new situation of building a new socialist countryside,Tongnan Chongqing, as a large agricultural county, promote urban-rural integrationstrategy, constantly deepen the adjustment of agricultural structure, and construct theefficient green agriculture. All these measures have made remarkable achievements andconstantly improved the income level of farmers. Nowadays the situation is that severefood safety issues and the importance and urgency of green agricultural development,exploring a actual industrial business model which is scientific and suitable in Tongnanbased on the industrial development of green agriculture in the county area will have agood reference value for green agricultural development in Chongqing and evennational regional law in the future, facilitate future study of regional green law ofdevelopment of agricultural industrialization and promote the development of greenagriculture to the direction of sustained, healthy and rapid way. Meantime, the theory ofindustrialization of agriculture is still an immature theory and practice system.Researching green industrial management of agriculture related issues in TongnanCounty, Chongqing Municipality has a very good theoretical value for adding,improving and deepening the existing economic theory of agricultural industrialization.In this paper, the author use many research methods including literature review,practice research, and economic system analysis, research theoretical and empiricalstudies of green industrialized operation of agriculture related issues in TongnanChongqing under the direction of agricultural industrialization theory.The main contentsof the study include: comparing theoverview of the research at home and abroad, theauthor found that the existing literature neglected the research of green industrialmanagement of agriculture issues which have area features. Especially China has largedifferences around the country and geographical features, specific region of greenindustrial management path is so difficult that can not fully grasp the entire greenagricultural development;elaborated the concept of green agricultural and industrialmanagement and summarized agricultural industrialization theories related to thisstudy;data obtained through practice research combed the status quo of green industrialmanagement of agriculture which has the advantages of geographical features resourcesand good infrastructure in Tongnan,pointed out several questions such as greenagriculture industrialization manages existence industrialization manages lag,government support is not enough and market system is not perfect;From macroscopical,industry and microcosmic levels, the author deeply studied the influencing factors of thegreen industrial management of agriculture, explored the constraints and support conditions;on the basis of Tongnan green agriculture industry layout, the authorestablished the leading industry and from industrial cluster, industrial organizationmodel and the microscopic main body dynamic mechanism, and discussed Tongnangreen agricultural industrialization path choice, on the basis of the assessment Tongnangreen agricultural industrialization process possible risks, and risk control.Finally the author threw out some suggestions which are strengthen leadership,active integrate resources forces; promote green certification of agriculturalstandardization, play green branding; increase policy support to the demonstration area;rely on the technical team, strengthen the scientific and technological support; followthe internal laws of the market, and accelerate the innovation of mechanism and policyrecommendations.
