A Research Of Integration About Quality Management System And Social Responsibility Management System Of YTMT Corporation

As the domestic coal technology in a leading position of enterprises, domesticenterprise management is to international standards, YTMT Corporation has passed lots ofinternational and domestic management system authentication certification. However,different system has appeared repeatability conflict and inefficiency. Therefore, to reducecosts and improve performance, YTMT Corporation has urgently needs for themodernization of enterprise management.Through summarizing application of quality management system and corporate socialresponsibility management system at home and abroad, this thesis sorted out the applicationand appraisal target system about quality management system and corporate socialresponsibility management system, and establish a integrated management system providedthe basic theories. Meanwhile, this thesis studies the difference of quality managementsystem and corporate social responsibility management system, and sum-up the possibility ofit. By the review and theoretical analysis, this thesis designed a questionnaire and surveyedabout YTMT Corporation implementation of quality and corporation social responsibilitymanagement system, and used SPSS18.0the software for Reliability Analysis and statisticalanalysis for summing the present problem. By the investigation and the spot research ofYTMT Corporation, this thesis use SPSS18.0the software for statistical analysis and FactorAnalysis to find appraisal target system.This is a prediction of discussion topics about integrate method research of qualitymanagement system and corporate social responsibility management system. It has theimportant theory significance and the practical significance. This thesis study and exploremethod about management with integrated management system on the basis of existingresearch results in home, in the hopes of solving problems existing in the managementprocess of enterprises and offering the reference and guidance meaning for enterprises toestablish the integrated management system.
