Study On The Quality Management Of BPEG Company

With the economic globalization and information technology to speed up,the enterprise is facing increasingly fierce market competition and challenges.The quality level of product has become an economic and technical decisive factor,which is the key factor to improve efficiency.Based on the analysis of the quality management status of BPEG company,both the problems exist in company's quality controlling and causes are analyzed.According to the company quality management system and quality management features,the factors which affect the quality management of the company are discussed.Applying the advance quality management ideas and methods,the company's quality management system is redesigned as follows:redesigning the system of purchasing quality management,redesigning the production and manufacturing process quality management system,redesigning the quality of staff training system and the quality of company culture system.The study results are useful for the enterprise to improve the quality of management.
