It is often the focus to the enterprise externalmarket environment or enterprise’s industry development that external factors affect the growthof the enterprise，to determine the life cycle of the enterprise as to enterprise survival anddevelopment. But with the development of enterprises, it was found that here is no theoreticalanalysis as disparity between inter-industry profits. At the same time, there is a big differencebetween corporate profits in the same industry. Based on the above conflict of theory andreality, the scholars shifted their perspective from business growth to internal enterprise.Explore enterprise endogenous growth is imperative for the grim situation facing China’seconomic development and the development of the current enterprise status quo. China’seconomic prosperity must be built on the basis of the healthy growth of enterprises, the morethe needs for a large number of enterprises grow in international competition. Limited to theresources and capacity, independent innovation has become a tool for business growth. Thus,enterprises endogenous growth has theoretical significance and practical value.The paper considers innovation and core competencies as the core proposition of theenterprises endogenous growth. Specific studies are as follows:First, the paper summarizes the business Innovation Research at home and abroad,enterprise competencies and business growth research, laying foundation for the lattertheoretical analysis and empirical research.Second, on the basis of the literature summary, the paper makes theoretical analysis ofinnovation, capability and enterprise endogenous growth. Whether it is from the reality ortheoretical research enterprise endogenous growth is an inevitable choice for businesses topursue sustainable growth. Thus innovation and core competencies are the core proposition of enterprise endogenous growth.There are intricate relationships between innovation and core competence. On one handthe core competence is a source of competitive advantage, but may occur practice problems inthe course of development and change from the power source to the resistance of competitiveadvantage. On the other hand, Innovation is able to break the practice, becoming a fundamentalway to obtain and maintain a sustainable competitive advantage.Third, this part is focus on the mechanism analysis of innovation, competence andenterprise endogenous growth. Based on the theoretical analysis of enterprise endogenousgrowth the research framework has laid out, and analyzes the mechanism of how the innovationand core competence affects enterprise endogenous growth respectively. In this part apreliminary hypothesis has put forward to provide a theoretical basis for the model analysis.Finally, on the basis of hypothesis research a structural equation model has been built tostudy the problem. This part uses SPSS17.0and AMOS7.0to make descriptive statisticalanalysis, reliability test and validity analysis of the data as well as the final structural equationmodeling analysis. Then conclusions have been made on the basis of the research results.The paper utilizes normative analysis and empirical research to study the enterpriseendogenous growth, realizing the integration of Management, Economics and other disciplines.The data is collected by questionnaires, and construct a structural equation model to analyze theinternal relationships among enterprise endogenous growth, innovation and competence.This paper introduces innovation and competence, unlike past innovative perspective orthe enterprise competencies of business growth research.The innovation of this paper lies in thatbase on the perspective of enterprise endogenous growth, point out that innovation and corecompetence is the key proposition of enterprise endogenous growth.And then analysis themechanism of innovation and competence to enterprise endogenous growth, build the modelframework of innovation, competence and enterprise endogenous growth,further enrich anddevelopment of enterprise growth theory.
