| 21st century mankind has entered the development stage of global economic integration, rapid changes in the development of science and technology make the overall national strength competition of the countries more intense. Under this trend, because of the advantages of the huge market development potential, high density connection with various industries, substantial economic benefits, low-pollution and high-tech, high-tech industry based on high-tech is quick access to the sight of the countries and becomes the important industry that the countries are scrambling to develop."The12th Five-Year" period is a critical period for Hebei Province to achieve the transformation of economic development mode, enhance the capability of independent innovation and promote innovative Construction of Hebei Province. The high-tech industry as the most viable industry to promote economic society progress is the important strategic objective during this period for the technological developments of Hebei Province.According to ideas which from theory to application, this paper is divided into five parts. First part introduces the topic of background, significance and research ideas, methods, the second part starts from the related concepts of high-tech industries to discuss the connotation and extension of high-tech, high-tech products and high-tech industry. The third and fourth part introduce the establishment of the evaluation index system of high-tech industries and analyze the status of the high-tech industry in Hebei Province by collecting the data from statistical yearbook, and based on the index system make a comprehensive evaluation to sum up the problems of high-tech industry in Hebei Province. The fifth part proposes countermeasures to improve the economic strength and overall competitiveness of Hebei Province by combining with the results of the empirical analysis.This paper applies a combination of theoretical research and empirical analysis and in the course of the study on the development of high-tech industry in Hebei Province, not only uses theoretical analysis also literature research、 questionnaires and other methods to acquire extensive research data required for scientific empirical research; article also uses a combination of quantitative and qualitative analysis, makes integrated use of analysis methods of econometric and statistical, makes a qualitative study of the high-tech industry development level and construction principles and methods of evaluation index system; and through SPSS18.0statistical software makes a comprehensive evaluation of the development level of the high-tech industry in Hebei Province to propose improvement measures suited high-tech industries in Hebei Province. |
