| ObjectiveSurveying and researching the medical service utilization, medical expenses and medicalinsurance services, to make sure the health of migrant workers as well as the level ofmedical insurance.MethodTo collect the medical insurance data in the city of ShenZhen from2003to2010, themedical insurance can be classified as comprehensive medical insurance, hospital medicalinsurance, migrant workers medical insurance and children’s medical insurance. Using theEXCEL,SPSS statistical software to calculate the indicators of medical service, medicalexpense, medical insurance reimbursement, to analyze the level of migrant workers medicalinsurance.ResultsAccording to the basic situation, the number of the migrant workers medical insuranceincrease every year, the average annual growth rate is71.2%,which is the highest in thefour types of medical insurance.According to the situation of medical service utilization, the annual growth rate of the total and average number of attendance of migrant workers insurance are231.65%and89.11%. However, the consumption of outpatient and inpatient of migrant workers arelower than the other three medical insurance.According to medical insurance service, the total funding of migrant workers medicalinsurance increases every year, but the per capita funding is increased. The reimbursementof migrant workers insurance is less than the comprehensive medical insurance andhospitalization medical insurance. The fund balances of migrant workers insurance is toomuch.ConclusionThe level of protection of migrant workers medical insurance is low and the fund balancesrate is too high. To cut down the rate of fund balances, we could reduce the payment of themigrant workers medical insurance, enhance the level of protection such as increasing thereimbursement, the cap line, expanding the range of protection. Pulling in the competition,to purchase the service of commercial medical insurance institution, and then to make themanagement of the fund more scientific. |
