For the information industry, Software is an important support. It plays anincreasingly important role in promoting the integration, adjusting the industrialstructure, change the mode of development, and promoting the over-all strength anddefends national economic security. Pricing is a bridge between producers andconsumers. It’s an important means for collocate the social resources among thedifferent stakeholders, and is one of main research contents of economics. Therefore,the study of software with network effects has a certain academic value. Improving thesoftware companies’ efficiency of pricing has great practical significance to promote thevigorous development of software industry.There are some different characteristics in economic and technical aspects betweentraditional products and software. This paper summarized the current situation of theresearch at home and abroad, analyzed the microscopic mechanism of pricing ofsoftware product with network effect. According to the study the previous research, wemodeling a competitive pricing model between software enterprises based onmulti-agent and complex network theory. This paper analyzed the behavior, rules andinteractive way between software enterprise agent and consumer agent during theprocessing of pricing. We study the strategy of software pricing and topologicalstructure of diffuse network in the multi-agent simulation. We study the strategy ofsoftware pricing and topological structure of diffuse network in the multi-agentsimulation, and put forward the corresponding software product pricing proposals basedon simulation result.
