Study On Operation Mode And Optimization Of Vegetable Logistics

With the development of the vegetable industry, the problem of vegetable logistics hasbecome prominent in China. A timely market is needed that is efficient, with smoothcirculation. The vegetable logistics operation mode must be optimized and solve suchproblems as getting the vegetables to market and increasing farming income.Shaanxi Province is used as an example to illustrate the vegetable logistics concept,showing characteristics and operation requirements. Observations were made on suchdynamics as vegetable crop change, the proportion of food consumption from vegetableproduction, demand for product, and environmental logistics development analysis. From thepoint of the logistics of the main channel, the following were analyzed and evaluated:government and function policy of the four elements of the logistics system, farmers’ marketand wholesale market, and professional cooperatives. In summary, the logistics operationprocess is insufficient. After the United States and Japan, the logistics operation mode ofanalysis appears to be relatively mature. The results of the analysis and comparison of thecurrent logistics operation mode, summed up the experiences, combined with practicalapplication. Using the logistics of the main marketing channels, the information platform,aspects of the current vegetable logistics operation mode optimization scheme, the clusteranalysis method was used to analyze the different logistics nodes in the hierarchy andconstruction key. Finally, combining the optimization scheme is found to lead to smootheroperation of the vegetable guarantee measure.
