Research On Selecting The Operation Mode And Process Optimization Of MH Logistics Company

Third Party Logistics is developing rapidly after China's access into WTO. Now it has become an important part of the national economy. Many companies have set up special service areas and objects, to achieve market segmentation, brand management and the cultivation of core competence, and they have achieved success. In other words, the macro-logistics enterprises have a clear direction. But there are also some problems, such as it does not meet the norms of modern logistics. Especially the operation does not meet the norms of modern logistics, and the choice of operation mode is not scientific; Business process transformation has not come out of the traditional logistics, so it cannot achieve the requirements of high efficiency and customer-centric, and it also weakens the competitive advantage of enterprises. These problems are obvious in small and medium sized logistics enterprises in China. Therefore, selecting the right operation mode and optimizing business process are very necessary.Firstly, this paper analyzes the implementation of operation mode of domestic and international logistics, summarizes five modes available. And then the key issues of mode selection are described, the linear regression method, combined with cost structure and resources conditions of enterprise is proposed to choose the right operation mode for the enterprise development; Secondly, the paper suggests the business process optimization ideas according to the operation mode, including the operation process reengineering, organization structure adjustment and supply chain integration; Lastly, taking the MH Logistics Company for example, suggesting the union operation mode for the company with analyzing the conditions of the company with SWOT method and forecasting the development prospects, and then the procedure of the operation mode is given; With the selected union operation mode, we conduct the feasibility studies of the critical processes within the MH Company, proposing a detailed process optimization measures. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the implementation at last;results showed that the mode reformation and process optimization are effective,which is a good example for the same type of logistics enterprises.
