Research On Operation Mode Of DB Logistics Company

With world economic integration,China has now become an important part of global economy.Logistics is playing a increasingly significant role from the perspective of economic growth of our country and the world.Furthermore,third party logistics becomes a new economic growth point of a country.With the demand of transformation,logistic enterprises in China have adopted new operation mode.There is a foreseeable macro future for the logistic enterprises in China.However,due to the late start of the logistic industry and fierce competition,only a small proportion of enterprises that are in small and medium size have well structured operating system.Therefore,in order to help those enterprises to find the advanced and tailored operating mode,it is very meaningful to analyze the existing operation mode of the logistic enterprizes.This paper firstly puts forward relevant theory of the third party logistics operation management and the relationship between the third party logistics and Internet.By analyzing the centralized operation mode of modern logistics enterprizes,this paper highlights the unique features of the the operation mode for the third party logistics,compared to other logistics.It also puts forward ‘'INTERNET + “ based on a supply chain integration operation mode and demonstrates specific implementation process with the analysis of the feasibility and designed idea.Furthermore,this paper analyzes the present status of DB logistics company,which indicates that it is experiencing the crucial rapid-growth and market-expansion period.At the same time,it points out some existing problems against their development.By applying linear regression prediction method and SPSS software,the author provides an outlook for DB logistics company and optimizes their operation mode considering the mentioned problems.Finally,the feasibility and effectiveness can be proved by implementing “Internet +” supply chain mode and performance evaluation which is analyzed by analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.the result will provide a useful reference for other similar logistics enterprizes.
