In twenty-first Century, the competition between the countries and between theenterprise, after all,that is the competition of productivity, and the key of thecompetition between productivity is technology, technology innovation is theimportant way to improve the technical level. For an enterprise, technologyinnovation can obtain a great deal of interest, so they are willing to continue to carryout technological innovation. And the first problem that enterprises faces is the choiceof technology innovation stratagem to achieve technological innovation, after theefforts of scholars at home and abroad, selection methods of technology innovationstrategy have become more mature. Today, choice of the technology innovationstrategy based on the life cycle theory has become a hot spot, this method point outthat a kind of industry or a business has the life cycle of produced, development,decline and demise like other things, industries and enterprises shows differentcharacteristics of the stages of life cycle, strategic decisions of enterprises mustconsidered characteristics of the life cycle of industry and enterprise life cycle stage.At present, most of choice of technology innovation strategy based on the life cycletheory are the single life cycle theory, but,that the enterprise at the same time is indifferent life cycle stage of industry and enterprise is an indisputable fact, if two lifecycle to be separated, the research of technological innovation strategy choice willHard to avoid deviation. In view of this, this article selects that decision model oftechnology innovation strategy based on industry life cycle and the life cycleenterprises to research。First of all, making definition of the concept of technology innovation andtechnology innovation strategy, making summary to classification and selection of thestrategic mode of technique innovation, and to research the two kinds of life cycletheory. Studying relationships between two kinds of life cycle and technologyinnovation strategic based on the discuss about technology innovation strategyselection methods of other scholars, and according to the principles of choice oftechnology innovation strategy-must be consistent with intent of enterprise strategy, then we obtained the selection model of technical innovation based on life cycletheory.Secondly, after determining the conceptual model, we choose and classify thefactors influenced choice of technology innovation strategy, this factors includeenterprise strategy, internal factors, external factors. On behalf of the enterprisestrategic intent to competitive strategy, the internal factors are divided into six firstlevel classical indexes and eighteen second level classical indexes and make measure,carry on the analysis to the external environment factors from six aspects. Accordingto the general method of strategic decision—SWOT analysis method andcharacteristics of the internal and external factors, choose the entropy method todetermine the internal weight and expert scoring method to determine the externalweight. Further, based on the SWOT analysis method, clearly principle of the SPACE-TOPSIS model of selection, then establish a4D—SPACE—TOPSIS choice modelthrough combination of the internal and external factors and double life cycle theory,and analyzes the resonance results of enterprise competition strategy and technologyinnovation strategy get from the model.Finally, this paper chooses the software industry and software enterprise as theobject of study to descript the selection process of the enterprise technologyinnovation strategy in detail, and verify the practicality and the effectiveness of themodel. Finally make a relatively evaluation to the model.
