Research On Innovation Strategy Of Security Enterprise Based On Industry Life Cycle

Security industry in the country's strong impetus,has been booming for three decades,China's security industry technology to reach the world's leading level,62%of the security products from China,truly become the world power of security.Security products are mostly electronic products and application platforms,belonging to high-tech industries,technological innovation is the source of enterprise survival and development of power.However,security enterprises are mostly small and medium-sized private enterprises,business operators of the lack of scientific innovation,innovation,lack of the main elements of innovation,lack of innovation,innovation,innovation,innovation and other factors to the main lack of the ability to prevent the lack of innovation.Taking the industry life cycle and enterprise technology innovation strategy as the research object,this paper tries to find out the basic cycle of industry development and the connection with the enterprise's innovation management activities,establishes the evaluation model of the relationship between the two,and then through the research on the two technological innovation strategies of the leading enterprises of security,Hikvision Company in the two different stages of the industry life cycle,on the one hand,provides other hand the other security enterprises with the reference of the past life cycle and its technological innovation history and its technological innovation experience.Based on the analysis of domestic and foreign literature on industry life cycle and enterprise technology innovation strategy,this paper summarizes relevant research results and expert opinions,then demonstrates the relationship between industry life cycle and enterprise technology innovation strategy,constructs "enterprise technology innovation strategy model based on industry life cycle" based on the results of relevance demonstration;then locates the life cycle stage of security industry development from the aspects of definition,history,status quo anddevelopment trend;and finally applies the SWR&T analysis method to the five stages of innovation strategy of Hi-Kang company.Strive to clearly demonstrate the scientific and rational conclusion of the enterprise's innovation activities in the development cycle.Technological innovation can promote enterprises to grasp the rhythm of industry life cycle,smooth excessive risk,realize the rapid development of enterprises,based on the industry life cycle of enterprise technology innovation research can continue to expand the path of innovation,but also for enterprises to formulate,implement and improve the technical innovation work mechanism to provide an important reference.
