The main object of this paper is the quality of inspection andquarantine business process. This paper analysis the existing businessprocess reengineering and government process reengineering theory,reference the practical experience of the United States governmentreinvention, review and summarize the practical experience gained by theChinese government process reengineering and inadequacies, and take aresearch on the current situation and problems of business process qualityof the inspection and quarantine. After all, it presents the idea of processreengineering by taking entry-exit inspection and quarantine process as anexample.This paper is divided into five parts. The first chapter,"Introduction",put forward the background and significance of the topic, overview andevaluation of the current research to clarify the research ideas andarrangement of the chapters of the article; Chapter2" The TheoreticalBasis of the Inspection and Quarantine Business Process Reengineering”,start from business process reengineering, government processreengineering and the concept of quality of service and governmentbusiness process, references and refined business process reengineering,Six Sigma quality management theory, seamless government theory as the theoretical support; Chapter3“Exploration and Practice ofDomestic and Foreign Government Process Reengineering ", respectively,in the transformation of the U.S. government reinvention andservice-oriented government process reengineering for example, summedup the experience of gain, and focusing on the process of the U.S.Customs and recycling and the implementation of the Chinese businesssector as an example, the use of theoretical analysis; Chapter4Inspectionand Quarantine of the business process quality Analysis”, It classify,summarize and describe the process, and put forward the existence of theproblem analysis and diagnosis.This paper takes a research on the quality of inspection andquarantine process by using the method of theories research andsubstantial evidence, cultural heritage research and case research. It is thetheory based on the process as a starting point for recycling processes,improve efficiency, improve service quality, reduce costs, and strengthenthe supervision in order to promote the quality of the inspection andquarantine business processes.
