Knowledge Management has been a new research direction of management theoriesand practice. How the individuals’ knowledgecan be transferred into the organizationalknowledge plays an important role in corporate core competence. In the practice, knowledgesharing from subordinates to supervisor has become a vital source to make the process ofknowledge sharing within organization work. Under this topic, the current study based onthe literature of cognitive and relational theory, studied how employees with extraversioncharacter make impact on upward knowledge sharing, especially to supervisors with highcreativity. Using a sample of342dyads from a variety of industries, results indicated that:Extraversion is positively related to intention to voice and interactional justice, thuspromoting more behaviors of knowledge sharing to supervisor. Meanwhile, one’s behavior isthe function of both the individual and the environment. That’s whythis study also indicatedthe moderating effect of leader’s creativity on the described relationship.
