Flexible employment and flexible employment of staff is accompaniedby the reform and opening up the end of1970s of China, and the gradualemergence, along with the opening and reform, the social economic development ofChina gained the huge success that attract worldwide attention, and in this process, theflexible employment personnel team in the constantly growing and the personnel offlexible obtain employment to play and contribution of increasing at the same time, butthe situation of low income, poor working environment, safeguard difficult off the groupdo not match to economic development and their contribution.With the increasing difficulties encountered by low-income employed in aflexible in work and life by the unfair treatment, more and more degree ofconcern of this group from theoretical and academic is also rising, many experts andscholars deeply study the group from different perspectives and published a large numberof documents with realistic reference papers of their research, including pensioninsurance, medical insurance, unemployment insurance problems of flexible employment,on the income problem, there are a lot of research on the problem of income forfarmers, urban residents, the income of urban and rural residents, but I found thatcombine low-income flexible employees and revenue to research income problem islittle,it means that very few people study the problem of flexibleemployment income. And I will try to research in this area to do some beneficialexploration, hoping to make up the defects of the study of.In this paper, with the aid of the survey questionnaire data on social securityinsurance status of flexible employment in Fuxin City, the use of SPSS17.0statisticalanalysis software, conducted in-depth analysis of data, I found that the flexibleemployment personnel majority female, the age slants older, housing burden is heavier,endowment insurance rate is low, income is lower, government subsidies and help is lesschildren burden is heavy and so on, whereas gender, age, the feeling of affordablehousing,the main income of job, work on job satisfaction and the attitude to participatein old-age insurance made big effect on income of personnel of flexible obtainemployment. So finally, at the end of article for flexible employment and income, combinedwith the actual situation of Fuxin,I put forward as follows suggestions to improvepersonnel of flexible obtain employment income: First, eliminate gender discriminationand the promote female employment income; Second, eliminate agediscrimination, promote older employed in a flexible employment income; Third,reducing the burden of housing expenditure of flexible employment; Fourth, perfectthe labor market; Fifth, perfect the pension insurance mechanism.
