As an important part of China's labor market,flexible employment will play an important role in national economic development and social stability.On July 2016,Premier Li Keqiang affirmed the positive attitude of employment policy in recent years,and indicated that we should adhere to this policy orientation.At the same time,the prime minister also mentioned that many of China's current employment incentives and support policies lack of ground,still need to continue the implementation of the system.With the acceleration of the aging process of the population,the pension problem has become the key issue to be solved by the governments of all countries,and it is also a very important part of the national social security policies.But because of the flexible employment group is different from the normal employment of enterprises and institutions,has the characteristics of change,labor relations are not fixed,income is not stable,resulting in old-age security of this group than the normal enterprises,employment is more complicated.The existing old-age security system of our country,mainly focus on the design or business unit workers to carry out,although there have been some suggestions on flexible employment pension insurance groups and insurance measures,but for the poor,and the specific implementation effect is also poor.This paper takes the flexible employment groups as the object of study,and the main contents are the current situation and the influencing factors of the flexible employment pension insurance,at the same time,quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis are used to analyze and study the system background,current situation,influencing factors and countermeasures of this group endowment insurance.Through a series of analysis and research,we concludes that age,educational background,contract status,degree of happiness,union membership and social frequency will influence the willingness of pension insurance for flexible employment groups,and put forward relevant opinions and suggestions.In view of the current situation of flexible employment pension insurance,the idea is to get pension as a powerful help of flexible employment,we should fully understand the influencing factors of the endowment insurance,and take this as the basis and focus to promote their enthusiasm to participate in old-age insurance.
