In the economic globalization today, the patent as a powerful competitiveweapon of enterprise is the enterprise participates in the competition, survival anddevelopment of trailbreaker and strong backing. Patent because of its value, scarcityand difficult to imitate and become the enterprise’s unique resources, is the enterprisegets economic benefit and maintain competitive advantage advantageous tool. Whoowns the core technologies with independent intellectual property right, who cangrasp the initiative in market competition and gain excess profit and competitionadvantage. Our country enterprise patent applications are increasing rapidly innumbers, but the enterprise patent authorization rate hesitates to press forward,enterprises as the main body position of patent output activity has not been improved.Therefore, how to identify the root causes of research and analysis for the effect ofenterprise patent output power factors, improve the enterprise’s patent output, this isthe significance of this study.Basic on the theory of patent output power, in this paper draw lessons from themode of technical innovation motivation to build the enterprise patent output powermodel, considered the influence of enterprise patent output power factors includinginternal driving force, market demand pull motivation and impetus of the government.The internal driving force comes from the enterprise’s own interests driving force ofthe staff of enterprises and value drivers; market demand pull force includingtechnical market demand and product market demand; government impetus is mainlymanifested in the strategy of intellectual property promotion, government policies topromote and the patent system to promote three aspects. Finally, the Shenyangmachine tool group, Dalian machine tool group through comparative analysis ofpatent output analysis reflects its status, their patent output power after the discoveryof the existence of internal driving force should be improved and government policiesto promote ineffective and inadequacy, put forward to improve the patentconsciousness, increase investment in research and development and perfection ofgovernment policies to improve the patent output power countermeasures.
