Study On The Comprehensive Measurement Of Land Urbanization In Jiangsu Province

As the main factor of production, land resources support a lot to industrialization and urbanization. This thesis will explore about mechanism, measurement, benefit of land urbanization from the economic point of view.Jiangsu is a province with great potential for economic development in China. Under such an underground, a large number of agricultural land comes to urban city. In addition with the comprehensive coordination of capital, population and technology, the benefit of land urbanization impressed. But at the same time, there also exists the" emphasize quantity, ignore quality" problem in Jiangsu province. The land resources is limited after all, so we must attach importance to economizing land resources in order to achieving economic growth with low land covers, and finally the land can sustainably support economic development.Firstly, this thesis analyses the process of land urbanization in Jiangsu province from the aspect of city land’s spread, urban land-use spatial structure and urban land intensive use. After that, this thesis will develop a framework according to the measurement and profit between land urbanization and economic development.Based on reference to the related achievements, this paper structures a land urbanization target system on the basis of practical situation in Jiangsu province, then analysis the spatial variation from different spatial scales; Further more, this paper will analysis the land-population-economic system based on fractal theory. The result shows the whole system is points d, city land utilization-population-economic development system does not coordinate completely.
