Intellectual Property Trade Path To Promote The Development Of Creative Economy Research

Since the1980s, Innovation Economy has become China’s economy to a new stage of development, which is based on the information revolution and economic globalization background, innovation as the main driving force. It is the sustained, rapid and healthy development of the economy. In the intellectual property trade era, knowledge is a driving force. At the close of the related intellectual property rights trade has also become an important component in international trade. In the intellectual property trade era, the human will create more brilliant human material civilization and spiritual civilization, and the intellectual property trade will promote the development of innovation economy. In view of this, this article gets through according to intellectual property rights trade promotion innovative economy mechanism for study, presents strategies through the research and analysis.This paper reviewed the intellectual property rights in the trade and the creative economy based on relevant literature. Firstly launched the promotion innovative economic theory and practical analysis, in absolute advantage and the theory of comparative advantage post-mortem intellectual property trade, the result is that China’s intellectual property trade has not comparative advantage; The reality on the analysis, we estimates the two index:RCA and TC, existing on a trade deficit, and discussing the intellectual property rights in the trade friction practical problem. But these are not hindered the development of creative economy, it is through this important trade to promote innovative economic development. So then we presented the intellectual property trade promotion innovative economic role.Secondly, by the defining the definition of innovative economy, we explants the path of the traditional trade in goods and services trade promotion innovative economic development, and also discusses the innovation mechanism of FDI, the intellectual property rights to study how to promote trade to the economic development of the innovative has very good reference and guidance, besides, we also specify the development of the path.Finally, in the above theory and reality analysis, the article construct and analysis the model:SEM, which provides a powerful Amos mathematical analysis and empirical test, the empirical results that to the development of economy we can by improving science and education level, trade FDI and intellectual property protection level, as well as to promote the constant innovative trade itself to the development of economy.Through the above analysis, the article finally gives the suggestions of intellectual property trade promotion innovative economic development.
