The Research About Influence Of Intellectual Of Intellectual Property Management On The HL Technology Innovation

Steel manufacture is an important part of the national economy. Andthe rapid development of it not only can satisfy the need of other relevantindustry, but also support the process of industrialization and urbanizationin our country effectively, and made great contribution to the rapiddevelopment of national economy. Technological innovation is veryimportant in the process of sustainable development of steel manufacture,especially under the new competition environment. And intellectualproperty management takes a vital part for promoting technologyinnovation in that process. Taking HL for example, combining withtheory study and practice research, the research has found some problemsand also given some suggestions. They are as follows:Firstly，under knowing about the connotation of technology innovationand the evaluation index system of technology innovation in steelindustry, using literature research, questionnaire survey employees andempirical analysis, we mainly conclude some vital problems from aspects like patent development, the paper presented and so on. Then givingsome countermeasures.Secondly, in the knowledge content of the intellectual property rightsand intellectual property management of enterprise, on the basis ofreference of steel enterprise’s intellectual property management system,using literature research, comparative study method and questionnairesurvey, mainly from the construction of intellectual property organizationand management system of HL, intellectual property talent cultivation,intellectual property creation, intellectual property applied, the protectionof intellectual property rights and intellectual property organization etc,we analyze the problems of management of intellectual property rights inHL. Then, set up some suggestions about it.Last, the effect of intellectual property management on technicalinnovation this paper are summarized.
