Strategic Idea Of Intellectual Property Right Of Our Country Under The Globali-Zation Background

On the trend of intellectualization and globalization about economy, intellectual property has taken a nuclear foundation in national, regional, or corporation's predominance of competition. However, being short of self-determination on intellectual property, China's enterprise and international trade have been enslaved to other countries and suffered from great loss. For this reason, it is necessary to carry into execution of China's intellectual property stratagem to cope with the challenge of internationalization on intellectual property system and the raising level of protection on intellectual property.In this thesis, the author try to research on intellectual property, and advance some primary discussion to perfect China's intellectual property stratagem under the base of the analysis of international developing trend on intellectual property and the use for reference of other countries'successful experience on intellectual property stratagem in order to offer some reference to the establishment of China, the foundation of intellectual property on certain industry and the development of China's enterprise.The thesis consists of three parts. Its abstract as follows:PartⅠ:The necessity of China's operation on intellectual property stratagem. The author argues from the point of view such as the demand of development on intellectual economy, the trend of internationalization on protecting intellectual property, the advantage of intellectual property system and the merit of practice to expound the imminence and necessity of China's operation on intellectual property stratagem.PartⅡ: The rational review on intellectual property stratagem. In this part , The author analyses the conception and the character of intellectual property stratagem. The author also discusses the construction frame of intellectual property stratagem, and analyses the function manner and the effect machine-made of intellectual property stratagem under the background of global science and technology and economy .PartⅢ: The pectination of successful experience on intellectual property stratagem of other countries. In this part, the author introduces detailedly the history background , stratagem thought and idiographic scheme of USA and Japan. The Author also discussed the basal principles and the radical idea on China's intellectual property stratagem. Furthermore, the author provides some relevant measures and suggestions.
