Proposed strategies on how to perfect the Innovation Policy about China’s Agricultural Technology from some aspects such as Change the government’s performance concept, dual urban and rural social structure, improve the promotion mechanism and accountability mechanisms.The Agricultural Technology Innovation Policy in P-R-China made significant achievements, promoted the progress of agricultural technology and improved the China’s international competitive strength. But there were still many problems.
