Study On The Modern Chinese Employment Under The View Of Marxism Employment

In recent years, the problem of employment in our countrybecomes more and more important. How to solve the employmentproblem is the most difficult task in our country. As the party’s guidingideology, using Marxism employment theory analyses and solves theproblem of employment in modern society. It is of great significance.Marxist employment theory is an important part of Marxismpolitical economics. Marx and its successors focus on the Marxistemployment theory and put it into practice in the long-term work. Marx’sview about employment problems, such as the choice of career, labourand wage, unemployment and other point of view, referring to hismanuscripts, notes, letters and book, is the important conclusion of thatMarx study on social science, politics, economics and philosophy. As thesuccessor of the Marxism, the Chinese leaders of government havecarried on the positive exploration and put Marxism employment theoryinto practice, and it is the development of Marxism employment theory inour country.In this paper, I illustrate the system of Marxism theory ofemployment and analysis the situation of unemployment in china withMarxism employment theory. Then I found the paths of how to solve theemployment problem and put forward the new ideas to solve theseproblems. This paper provide valuable ways to solve unemployment problem in time.
