Inner Mongolia XiWuQi Cogeneration Plant New Project Management Research

At present, China’s economic development is rapid, and promoted the rapid growth ofelectric power construction. Electric power project belongs to the capital and technology intensiveindustries, the construction period of the power project is only2-3years, if it spend a lot of money anddo not produce significant economic benefits, the enterprise will be gained greatly cumber, and hide abigger risk in the future. Therefore, there will be great significance making a good job inelectric power construction engineering project management.This paper uses modern project management theory, combined with Inner Mongolia XiWu Qi2*150mw cogeneration plant new construction operation practice, this paper hasdiscussed the project progress management system’s creation and processing engineeringproblems, from ensuring engineering quality and reduce the project cost and master theprogress of the projects is the electric power engineering construction three aspects, thispaper discusses how to use the advanced idea to the project quality, cost, progress ofoptimization. Through the study of combining theory with practice, further enrich thermalpower project management research, and to the rest of the project construction has theimportant meaning.
