Techno-Economic Research Of Diaobingshan Coal Gangue Power Plant Heating Retrofit Project

Urban central heating is the city’s infrastructure. It is the necessary facilities forthe people of the Northeast China region in the winter. China’s urban central heatinghas made a considerable development in the past30years, and significantly improvedthe quality of life of urban residents to its unique advantages, and circumstances ofadaptability. However, due to the low starting point, the lack of technology and capital,more problems exist in heating pipe network and the situation is more complex. For300,000kilowatts level units in the power industry, if the unit is pure generator sets,then the unit will certainly be a loss. If the heating unit, it will certainly be profitable.Diaobingshan areas with more heat sources exist, seriously affect the quality of life oflocal residents, but also resulted in a waste of resources. The heating reconstructionproject of the Diaobingshan coal gangue power plant attaches great importance to thecompany and local government. It is a important project to improve the effectivenessof the Diaobingshan generation company and waste management activities.In this paper, from the point of view of the technical and economic analysis of theDiaobingshan power company heating reconstruction project demonstrated thefeasibility of the project. Techno-economic research in China is an emerging researchdiscipline, has a very important significance for improving its scientific andimplementation of investment projects. In recent years, with the development of thedomestic economy, many power plants have implemented heating reconstructionproject. In this paper, the heating reconstruction project choice of technical solutionsand economic analysis of discourse has be done. At the end of the article, the authorgives some suggestions.The research of the paper is based on five aspects.
