How does feed business survivaland development in the fierce competition environment? How to keep advantage?How to construction of core competitiveness? These problems become moreimportant for each feed enterprises.The paper introduce the core competencies at the theoretical level firstly,thenintroduce the effect of core competencies, characteristics, and how to obtaining it, andthen analysis the feed industry competition, and find the core competitive elements offeed enterprises.
