In the day of globalization and the rapid development of science and technology,industrial robot is becoming a new industry that affects the economic development of a country or a region and industrial transformation.How to identify and measure the key technologies in the field of industrial robot and to clarify the distribution of these technologies is of great significance to evaluate the technological innovation capability of robot enterprises and to accelerate the diffusion of related technologies of robot.In this paper,use Derwent patent database and patent map analysis method,integrated use technical economics,innovation economics and other related theories to reveal the development characteristics of industrial robot related technologies.By constructing the identification standard system based on patent activity and patent quality,the industrial robot enterprises are divided into three basic types: core enterprises,quasi-core enterprises and non-core enterprises,and visual analysis of the technological innovation capability of the different types of enterprises.In particular,firstly,summary the research background and significance of industrial robot technology,making the value of this paper explicit;secondly,make theoretical analysis of technological innovation capability in enterprises,patent map and industrial robot,which is the base of this paper,and retrieve industrial robot patent data;thirdly,construct a standard system for identifying enterprise types,so the top 40 enterprises are divided;fourthly,data mining by using some software,such as TDA,Excel and so on,then draw the required patent maps,and the technological innovation capabilities of the three types of enterprises are reflected on two indicators,namely patent activities and patent quality;finally,summery the paper and offer some policy suggestions.The innovation of the paper lies in: first,it puts forward a kind of enterprise type recognition standard based on patent activity and patent quality,those enterprises of the two high indicators are divided into core enterprises,only a high index are divided into quasi-core enterprises and the two low indexes are divided into non-core enterprises;the second is to use patent map analysis method,the technological innovation capability of the different types of enterprises is visual analyzed from the perspective of the number ofpatent application,enterprise technical cooperation,patent inventor,patent member country,patent technology and patent cited frequency.The research results of this paper have certain reference value for understanding and grasping the technical development characteristics of high-tech industry,and the technological innovation behavior characteristics of different types of enterprises,improving technological innovation capability in enterprises and promoting industrial transformation and economic development.
