Based On The AHP Analysis Method Of Mudanjiang City Food Logistics Center Location Research

Grain is the base of people subsistence and this problem has also been paid more attention bythe government, especially in China. Currently, our grain circulation technology is still in theprimary seedtime and the transportation of grain in bulk is only about10%. The traditional grainlogistics with low efficiency and high cost is becoming a difficult problem. As we all know,logistics node is an important part of logistics system. The grain logistics center distributionplanning and construction will be important to ensure the quality and quantity of the food, tosolve the problem between peasantry, corporation and the country. Reasonable grain logisticscenter selection is able to reduce the waste of resources as well as the social costs and increasethe farmers’ income directly. Mudanjiang City, located in the fertile Sanjiang plains, is the mostimportant grain base of Heilongjiang Province. At present, the construction of grain logisticscenter in Mudanjiang City is still in its infancy. The purpose of grain circulation is not strongenough and the grain yield is not enough. Site selection and planning of the grain logistics centerin Mudanjiang City are the urgent tasks to be solved by the government and stakeholders.Firstly, we reviewed some paper related to the present status of grain logistics in our country,analyzed the development trend and possible problems of grain logistics center distribution.After introducing the concept of grain logistics center, we described the relationship betweengrain logistics center distribution planning and decision. Then, we focused on demonstratingseveral analysis methods. Base on the given the principle and influence factors of the grainlogistics center distribution planning, we chose Analytic Hierarchy Process（AHP）to classify thegrain logistics center in Mudanjiang City. The location of grain logistics center included3factorswhich are grain production situation, logistics cost and transportation situation. We chose grainindicators to represent basic food production, geographic center distance to reflect logistics costs,and highway or railroad condition to indicate transportation situation. Finally, we got the schemeof Mudanjiang grain logistics center distribution planning. In conclusion, we gave some measures and advice to make the grain logistics center distribution planning in reason on thesimilar district in China.
