The Developing Predicament Of Dezhou Private Food Enterprises And Countermeasure Research

Since the reform and opening-up policy, China’s private enterprises have made asignificant development. SMEs (Small and medium-sized private enterprises) in China hasbecome an important part of the Chinese economy. Based on the Dezhou private foodenterprises and through the research of the private enterprises, this article made a carefulanalysis of private enterprises in Dezhou, especially the private food enterprises. Acomprehensive, in-depth study of the problems faced in the development of private foodenterprises is also inclusive.The adverse external factors confronting the development of private food enterprisesmainly includes a series of practical problems, for example, the existence of the absence ofgovernment guidance, policy supporting inadequate, the industrial cluster effect not enoughobviously, the soft environment and hardware environment of the development of the urgentneeding to further optimize. How to solve these adverse factors is the key to help private foodenterprises break through the bottleneck and the way to bigger and stronger. The private foodenterprises exist some serious problems like ideas behind, management concepts ossification,inadequate funds, processing technology outdated, lack of financing channel, weak innovationability, etc. which hamper the development of enterprises seriously. Only a profound analysis ofthese internal factors and in a timely and customized manner solution can facilitate private foodenterprises breaking through the bottleneck and becoming really bigger and stronger. At thesame time, this paper try to analyze the “Yucheng’s experience”,which represent Dezhou’ssuccessful experience in developing industrial cluster of food enterprise.Finally, this article makes recommendations in three levels of government, enterprises,society on the cultivating private food enterprises in underdeveloped areas in order to makeevery private enterprises in Dezhou for reference.
