| Differences of technological innovation constitute the underlying causes of regional economic disparities. This article makes an analysis on2001-2011decade the existing difference of regional technical innovation as well as spatial evolution and the influence factors in Bohai economic circle by adopting the method of Theil decomposition, exploratory spatial data analysis and multiple linear regression analysis, granting patent application as the evaluation index reflecting regional technological innovation. The results are showed as follows:Firstly, the regional technical innovation in Bohai economic circle features a downward trend overall difference wavy on the whole during2001-2011in spite of some fluctuations. uneven development zone. The interval technical innovation development features an uneven difference, the interval difference between Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei economic area and Liaodong Peninsula is the smallest, and keeping narrowing gradually. The interval difference between Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei economic area and Shandong Peninsula postures an expanding trend. The interval difference between Liaodong Peninsula and Shandong Peninsula keeps narrowing overlay. Shandong Peninsula region makes the biggest area difference, Liaodong Peninsula follows, Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei economic area least. In addition, the regional technical innovation presents a trend of randomly distribution situationSecondly, the level of technological innovation presents a "polarization" distribution in Bohai Economic circle, the district level mainly distributes in economical developed areas, such as Beijing, Tianjing, Shenyang, Dalian,Jinan, Qingdao and other city, the spatial polarization is very obvious. The regional technology innovation hotspots presents a relatively stable overall pattern of evolution, the hotspots in Shandong Peninsula postures an obvious gathering trend, the spatial concentration pattern in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei economic area and Shandong Peninsula appears gradually.Thirdly, the growth hotspots of regional technology innovation present an obvious transition, growth hotspots mainly concentrates in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei economic area, growth cold spots postures an obvious transition, the growth of technology innovation in Liaodong Peninsula is the slowest.Lastly, the factor of per capita GDP has been the dominant factor to promote regional technological innovation in Bohai economic circle, R&D expenditures makes a greater contribution, the factor of personnel has becoming the dominant force gradually, and the factor of technical market makes an negative correlation to regional technological innovation. |
