Research On The Mode Of National Co-ordination Of The Old-age Insurance For Urban Workers

The pension is everyone must face.In the21st century, the aging population hasbecome an irreversible trend of the world and pension pressure will be increase. In the late20th century, China has entered aging population society, the elderly population willmaintain a high growth rate followed by a long period of time. Only by establishing theold-age insurance system that covers both urban and rural areas in order to provide strongprotection for the pension and to achieve the goal of all people "sense of security". But inChina the old-age insurance system has many problems, which co-ordinate the low level ofresistance of the constraints to the development of the pension insurance system. At present,China has basically been at the provincial level, but the provincial level hierarchy is stillnot well adapted to China’s rapid economic and social development and not conducive tothe effective use of pension funds.There are some provinces have too many funds but someprovinces have to rely on the state subsidies which can not play the utilization of pensionfunds and hinder the improvement of the social security system in China.This is notconducive to people to fully enjoy the fruits of economic development in China. Toachieve national Co-ordination of pension insurance is the inevitable trend of thedevelopment of old-age insurance.In China, old-age insurance is divided into three parts,.There are Old-age insurance forurban workers, Old-age insurance for urban residents and Old-age insurance for ruralresidents.This article focuses on exploration and research co-ordination mode of old-ageinsurance for urban workers.First, introduce the definition and classification of old-ageinsurance and then describes the old-age insurance-related theory.There are the theory ofpublic goods, social justice theory and the law of large numbers principle.Second, describthe development of old-age insurance for urban workers.Third, discussed problems of theold-age insurance which at the provincial level.
