With the rapid development of information technology, the method of information transmission is undergoing great change. In this process, information dissemination becomes a determinant factor to improve the competitiveness in an enterprise. As a special resource, the value of knowledge can not be underestimated, and the speed of the knowledge dissemination is help to raise entire scientific level. In current scientific era, with the rapid development of scientific research, teamwork is very popular to complete task, it also plays an increasingly important role in social development. However, the success of research team based on its efficient internal knowledge, ineffective dissemination of knowledge will limit the advantages of the research team. The paper focused on the research team and explored the relationship between the internal factors, I also established a system dynamics model to simulate knowledge formation in the team, after proposing internal knowledge about the research team, I used questionnaires to collect data. Finally, I used the validated hypothesis to build a knowledge transfer model with MATLAB.This paper can be roughly divided into four parts, the first one is the basic concept of the sticky knowledge; the second part is about system dynamics model of the team; third part is to verify the assumptions; the last one is based on the assumption to reason. In the first part, I introduced the main concept of the research team and the sticky knowledge, carried out a systematic analysis of the formation of internal sticky knowledge in the research team. The second part is mainly based on the analysis of the first part in a team within the knowledge of sticky situations systemic analog reference and reference basis for subsequent analysis. The third part is the validation phase, based on the analysis of the assumptions, design questionnaires to test key assumptions. The fourth part of the modeling assumptions has been promoted. Finally, I summarize the work of the paper.
