In2008, the financial crisis broke out in United States, in order to alleviate the pressure of domestic economy, the U.S. government put forward "Reindustrialization" strategy. The purpose of the "Reindustrialization" strategy is not only the simple reaction of the western developed countries for their excessive development of virtual economy, but also rethinking after the crisis of the global economy, which means there will be important adjustment the world economic structure.From the point of view of the international structure adjustment, if the reindustrialization strategy lasts for five to eight years, then China would probably have three years to five years to catch the opportunity. If not, and once a new round of the international division formed. China may lose comparative advantages as well as "time window". As an important trade partner of the United States, China’s trade competitiveness will be influenced by the "reindustrialization" strategy directly. As the world’s top exporter and manufacturing power, the influence on import and export will inevitably lead to the impact on other aspects of China’s economic. In order to avoid this kind of risk, China must solve this problem from the root. So it is important to adjust and upgrade industry structure, accelerate China’s trade structure from resource intensive, labor-intensive to capital intensive and high technology intensive, improve the competitiveness of Chinese enterprises endogenous. Based on the above understanding, this article mainly do the following research work:1.Reviewing the existing results about reindustrialization and trade competitiveness, discussing the strengths and weaknesses of the existing results and indicating that it provides not only theoretical tool and reference information but also space for further study for this paper.2. Introducing the background of the "reindustrialization" strategy and policy orientation. The analysis shows that the "reindustrialization" may become a new growth cycle power and re-cutting the seam territory.3. Based on the analysis of Ratio of Dependence on Foreign Trade Analysis between China and United States, analyzing the present situation of trade structure.4.Using the indexes to give a comparatively analysis and overall evaluation to China trade competitiveness. These indexes include total export volume and export growth rate, China products market share in the international markets, trade competitiveness index, revealed comparative advantage index.5.Based on the above analysis, to put forward the corresponding prospect and recommendations.
