During the period of "Twelfth Five-Year", State Grid Corporation proposes the strategic of approaching towards international. Although the existing power supply enterprise is no shortage of various types of system specification procedures, the work style is still in the traditional state and is far away from the modern enterprise. In order to enhance competitiveness and management level of power supply enterprise, the enterprise with standardized management is imperative. This paper analyzes the Lanzhou Power Supply Company’s current situation and existing problems of production management and elaborates the basic principles and methods of standardization. On the base of standardization theory, this paper carries out the research of production management with standardization system, which establishes the foundation for the standardization of enterprise management and information management.This paper first introduces the research content, significance and research methods; followed by standardized management theory and methods, these are the theoretical support of the thesis; third, work status of Lanzhou Supply Company production management, analysis of the problems of management; fourth, for the problems, according to the standardization management theory, proposed solutions; fifth, according to the solutions, planning and design production management standardization system, including the management standards system, technical standards system, and standard system; sixth, combining the practice case of the standardized system, fully apply standardized system to build information system, and use it as a tool for production standardized management, and comprehensively improve the production management level.The research of this paper indicates that the production management, establishing a standardized system and carrying out the standardization work of the Lanzhou Power Supply Company have a very important significance to improve production efficiency, save management costs, enhance the competitiveness of enterprises, establish modern enterprise management system and move towards international, which is an important management innovation.
