Price-fixing Right Research Based On The Different Formation Mechanism Of Agricultural Prices

It is true that whether the prices of agricultural products are reasonable or not affectnot only the circulation of agricultural products, consumption and reproduction, but alsothe farmers’ income levels and related cost and prices of industrial products which arebased on raw materials. To some extent, it also affects relationship of material interestsbetween countries and peasants, urban and rural residents and farmers within the materialinterests at the same time, which plays a key role to the stability of the entire social andeconomic life.In recent years, we have a sustained rapid economic development and an obviousincrease of incomes of urban and rural residents. The relatively rapid upgrading ofconsumption structure and diversification of needs to agricultural production directlystimulates the rises of price of agricultural products. However, the volatility and disorderlyfluctuations of market price of agricultural products and the emergence of "hard to buy andsell” at the same time brought difficulties to the country’s macro-regulation to price. Itincreases the cost of living of urban residents and hurts farmers’ production enthusiasm aswell and most importantly, adversely affects the stability of the economic life of society asa whole. Therefore, the study to the price-fixing right in the whole process of agriculturalproducts, the fundamental grasp of the main part of the price formation of agriculturalproducts and accurate grasp of the specific agricultural price formation process are ofpositive significance for a country to the make an effective policy of agricultural products,stabilize of farm prices and farmers’ income and to promote the smooth operation of thesocio-economic.In this paper, through collecting identifying and collating data on the prices ofagricultural products in the past, the author draws a conclusion of relationships andmechanism of action of various factors, the link between the processes of price formationof agricultural products and also grasps the status and progress of relative researches. Theauthor analyzes formation process of price of agricultural products from the perspective ofeconomics and price-fixing right from the perspective of management, making an analysisof different types of agricultural products, distinguishing different type of market,agricultural price formation process and grasping the major groups of agricultural pricesand factors.The logical sequence of this paper is: Firstly, the author makes an introduction to theproblem, the significance of the study, literature review of the agricultural productprice-fixing right both at home and abroad. The author presents ideas and the logicalframework of this study and defines basic concepts to be involved and describes thetheoretical basis of the price-fixing right. Secondly, the author describes the type and statusof agricultural price formation mechanism and makes a detailed analysis on the formationmechanism of the different forms of agricultural prices, making a selection and summaryof factors that affect the formation of prices of agricultural products to establish a price-fixing right’s weight model of agricultural products that is based on the formationfactors of price of agricultural products. Finally, based on the analysis of the conclusions ofthe agricultural product price-fixing right, the author puts forward the scheme ofdistribution of agricultural products price-fixing right, agricultural production andmarketing strategy and price management strategy and moreover, the suggestion of theagricultural products’ production, circulation and consumption-related recommendationsfor improvement. The author makes a summary of the paper and pointes out theinadequacy of the paper and the aspects that could be studied in the future.
