Countermeasures Of Developing Tea Industry In Nan’an City Of Fujian Province

Tea is a kind of green drinks that has been developed and utilized early in China. There are many successful experience on planting, processing and selling of tea in Nan’an City, but there are also lots of problems including low level of tea planting, industrialization and branding. So it has a great strategic and practical significance on further development of tea industry in Nan’an City to seriously investigate and study, objectively analyze the reasons of their problems and actively explore scientific solutions.The thesis uses several research methods, such as literature, interview methods, qualitative and quantitative analysis,criterion and demonstration research methods. It focuses on the following aspects. Firstly, it comprehensively investigates and studies tea growers, tea enterprises and government’s policies from some aspects, such as tea planting technology, input level, government measures, service management and income. Then, based on the above investigating results, the thesis analyses the problems of tea industry in Nan’an City from tea planting, processing and selling. Secondly, it studies the strength and opportunity of developing tea industry in order to prove the necessity and feasibility of its further development. Thirdly, the paper analyses the enlightenment to tea industry after studying the current situation and trend around the world of tea industry. Lastly, based on the above study, in order to promote further development of tea industry it comes up with the following suggestions from tea planting, processing and selling:optimizing tea planting level, improving tea processing technology and strengthening marketing management to improve selling level. However, it is a extremely complicated systematic engineering to develop tea industry in Nan’an City, so this study can’t provides enough mature proposals for its limited investigation.It still needs to continually explore and study and provide more appropriate scientific theories on tea industry in Nan’an City.
