Study On Benefit Coordination Mechanism Of China Tilapia Trade Industry Chain

Tilapia was imported at the end of1960’s, with advantages of suitable climate, rich waterresource and mature aquaculture technology, Tilapia trade grew very fast. Currently, China isthe largest country in terms of aquatic products production and exporting. China’s aquatictrade obtains significant position in global trade, and greatly enhances China’s overalldevelopment as the new growth point. With Tilapia being the third largest aquatic products,China tilapia trade has expanded largely since the nineties of twenty century, reaching its peakat the beginning of twenty first century. Currently, China is the biggest tilapia production andtrade country, with strong trade comparative advantage. From the perspective of industrychain, a complete tilapia industry chain extending from seeding cultivation、aquaculture、processing to exporting has been established in China, with comprehensive complementarysystem including feed production、transportation、technology support、fishery medicine etc.The development of tilapia industry chain affects millions of agriculture employment andtheir life stability. Along with the demand of globalization and industry upgrading, industrychain value and practicality are obtaining greater importance. However, how to tackle thevarious difficulties and gradually improve the china structure as well as enhance itsinternational competitiveness is becoming a challenge for all sectors of the industry.With economy globalization, the tilapia exporting competition does not only lies inproduct and company, more lies in industrial chain. Value creation and realization is decidedby the overall value chain realization and sharing of its industrial chain. But a whole fluentindustry value chain needs the support of benefit coordination from various parties, thenachieves maximize and integrated interest. Equal benefit allocation to all involving parties isthe foundation of stable development of industrial chain, meanwhile good risk sharing andinsurance mechanism is a must for the continuous development of industrial chain.With fierce tilapia international competition and continuous increase of domesticproduction, in order to win exporting market, competition between exporting companies is inchaos situation. The main reason for above problems is lacking of good benefit coordinationmechanism, did not well protect company benefit, thus further affect the development ofindustrial chain. Therefore, this article takes research on the benefit coordination mechanismof tilapia exporting industrial chain, further study the reasons behind, in order to makescientific suggestions for the improvement of benefit coordination mechanism and achieveequal benefit as well as risk allocation.This article strictly follows the logic: raise question, analyze question and then solveproblem, carry the research on benefit coordination mechanism. Firstly, basing on inefficientrelated literature summarization and theory study, co mbining statistics and investigation data,carry out study on benefit coordination mechanism, and analyze its problems; then buildbenefit coordination mechanism model base theory study, meanwhile conducts empiricalanalysis and case study referring to above problem; according to analysis results, analyze thedetailed reasons from the perspective of coordination implementer、target and method; lastly,provides reasonable advices for the improvement of benefit coordination mechanism.
