A Study On The Coordinative Development Of Guangxi County Regional Economy

The county regional economy possesses fully function and local feature, covering the administration area, centering the county seat, and the township, the linker, the countryside, the interior. The county-level government is the subject of macro-control of the county regional economy, and the market will lead and control its development trend, optimize allocation of resources.To strengthen the county regional economy, improve the strength of county region and complete the function of region are the important measures of boosting industrialization, urbanization and modernization of agriculture. In the same way, it is the effective way to solve the problem of issues of agriculture, farmer and rural area, the urban-rural gap and the regional development gap. And it is the necessity of building a moderately prosperous society in all aspects, maintaining steady and rapid economic development and keeping social harmony. The county regional economy is the key sector among national economic structure. The state’s economic prosperity depends on the rapid development of the county regional economy.Guangxi, containing75counties(not including municipal districts), is a minority autonomous region in west China. The area of these counties reaches more than84%of the total area of Guangxi, and the population reaches76%of the total population. In the case, to boom the economy of Guangxi, the rapid development of county regional economy is of utmost importance. In recent years, the county regional economy of Guangxi have a great progress, however, there are still some problems. Until2010, Guangxi still has28impoverished counties according to the state’s standard of delimiting impoverished county.Based on the adjustment of industry structure and the industry development direction, this study takes the75counties as the chief source, focusing on the features of the county regional economy, the problems and the factors influencing development. After the deep research, the thesis provides some suggestions to promote the county regional economy.This thesis contains six chapters. A sketch of each chapter is given as follows:Chapter one introduces the purpose, the related researches and the achievements done so far by Chinese and foreign experts, the theoretical approach and methodology of the study, and organization of this dissertation and the innovation of the study.Chapter two introduces the general situation of Guangxi county regional economy.Based on the industry comparison, chapter three studies the change of Guangxi county regional economy structure.Chapter four analyses the reasons of the uneven development in Guangxi county regional economy.Chapter five is the conclusion and give some constructive suggestion.
