Analyse Longjing Industrial Structure Optimization

On the basis of intra-county industrial structure optimization theory, facing to the current economic society development trend, after quantitative and qualitative analysis, the paper scientifically selects development routes and key construction projects from the current industrial structure development situation of Longjing and puts forward ideas and settlements for building core competitiveness of ethnic intra-county economy in new-period old industrial bases in northeastern China.After the SWOT analysis of Longjing’s industrial structure situation and industrial development, on the principles of overall consideration, comparative advantages, innovation drive, market demand, unbalanced development and improvement of people’s lives, Longjing decides to fully play comparative advantages, promote the formation of economic centralized area (economic center), develop innovation economy, persist in market-oriented development, build central and marginal exchange areas during development and opening, deepen administration reform, etc. Longjing will focus on six system projects, including national oil and gas development, city boutique agriculture, Chinese Korean medicine, Chinese Korean folk culture, international logistics hub among Yanji, Longjing and Tumen, and the central livable garden city among the three areas, and accelerate the conversion of economic development manner based on the transmission of government functions. Meanwhile, Longjing will actively create environment and fully play the basic resource allocation function of the market to promote the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure so as to enhance the overall competitiveness of Longjing.
