Analyzing And Evaluating County (City)’ Industrial Structure In Hebei Province Based On The Strategic Of "Economic Circle Around The Capital"

The party and the people focus on Urban and rural economic development to change the urban-rural dual economic structure as well as to solve the "three rural issues". Developing county economy, adjusting the industrial structure of county economy is the fundamental requirements to promote the rational development of county economy, and the urban and rural areas. Of course the strategy includes county(city) of hebei belong to Economic Circle around the Capital. Zhuozhou, Laishui, Xinglong,Zhuolu County, Huailai County, Chicheng County, Fengning County,Luanping, Sanhe City and Dachang County, Xianghe County, Guang Yang District, Anci District, gu’an County belong to the capital Economic Circle, which led by emerging industries in, constructing business park for talent,high-level incubator park for scientific and technological achievements, demonstration zone for emerging industries, modern logistics park, and it is a place which consist of pension, health, leisure, tourism, organic vegetables.This paper is from domestic and foreign research status of the county economy and industrial structure, introduced the theory of industrial structure for county economy, described the economic structure status of Beijing and the various county at this stage. After that, application industry associate degree methods to analyze the economic circle around Beijing in Hebei Province County, and the rationality of the industrial structure in Beijing by data 2002-2010, while building the SSM model to evaluate the competitiveness of the industrial structure for countries belonging to Economic Circle around the Capital, at last based on the above two methods analysis a reasonable development direction for various counties and cities.The article is divided into five parts. The first chapter introduces the thesis’research background and significance of the relevant aspects of the study at home and abroad, as well as the contents of this article, research methods, technical routes and possible innovation and shortcomings. The strategy of Capital Economic Circle for Hebei Province, providing a new opportunity for the development of county economy in Hebei. Hebei within regional characteristics make full use of the geographical advantages, adjusting industrial structure in each county, developing county economy to achieve better service for Beijing development, finally, improving the urban-rural dual economic structure, which is the significance of this study. At the same time, research in related fields from domestic and international, provides theoretical and practical guidance for this article. Chapter II of the paper analyzed concepts and theories, described the concepts and theories of the county economy and industrial structure. Chapter III reviewed the development status of the County industrial structure. Qualitative description of the status quo of the city and county development and industrial structure of Hebei Province is in the Circle. ChapterⅣ, analyzing industrial structure of Counties of Hebei Province in Circle of Capital is rational or not, this chapter mainly uses gray relational analysis, while building the SSM model to evaluate the industrial structure of cities and counties in Hebei Province in Circle of Capital. ChapterⅤis the conclusions and deficiencies. We gain the direction of structural adjustment for counties of Hebei Province in the circle, and inadequate of this study based on the above analysis.
