As an important part of materials management, Changji Power Administration Logistics Service Center plays a pivotal role in the supply of materials; It is basic protection on the various types of materials in time, accurate and efficient supply. For implementing the "12th Five-Year" Development Strategy in Changji grid, and making the electric power materials supplying standardized and efficient, the Changji Electric Power Bureau urgent need reasonable forecast about the scale of the current warehouse District.As information system of power grid electricity materials warehouse is imperfect the problem of incomplete data, by predicting the power grid supply in order to forecast demand of power grid supplies of electricity materials, and ultimately to predict the Storage quantity of the warehouse, and carry though the study of the storage area planning and cargo location optimization.As the aspect of forecasting the electric demand, firstly, this paper select the common factors, which influence the electricity consumption, and then use SPSS software to analyze the correlation between the independent and dependent variables, and build the prediction model by using stepwise regression analysis in order to remove the co linearity of each variable, and "12th five-Year" predictive value of electricity consumption is predicted finally, and the scale of it is also predicted according to the relationship between power, materials, size of the warehouse.The layout of the storage area is basis on the analysis of current situation of Changji power Bureau warehouse and the operation procedure, using the method of the SLP to relayout the layout of the existing storage area. Considering the feature of the storing of the grid supplies, and the reasonable number of shelf is determined by the actual area of the Changji power Bureau warehouse, and the cargo space in the warehouse is designed by using the method of dynamic layout ABC.
