The development of enterprises rely on the human resource of the enterprise, this kind of resources to create value for the enterprise, human resource as can bring for the enterprise profit ability, experience, experience, such as physical synthesis, then the performance of employees to enterprise development in an important role, is the enterprise human resource management an essential part. This article unifies the M company’s performance management present situation, from the performance management theory, for the company’s staff performance management system design for a more comprehensive analysis.The literature relevant to the study and finishing, and use knowledge, the use of theoretical analysis, interview investigation, questionnaire surveys and other research methods. On the M company’s performance management current situation undertook an analysis, find out the existing problems, and the causes of the problems are analyzed. And on this basis in the related theory, combined with the actual test center, have designed the M company’s staff performance management system improvement program, and points out that should pay attention to the problem, to ensure that the scheme can have good execution. And for this scheme to be implemented.Finally the scheme after the implementation of the performance management system of M company design scheme is evaluated and summarized.This paper has seven parts, the first chapter is the introduction, mainly on the research background, purpose and significance of research, research ideas, contents and related research methods in detail; second chapter is the literature review, to provide an overview of the theory, summarizes the definition of performance and performance management the definition, purpose and significance; the third chapter is the company’s achievements management present situation analysis, in-depth study of M company maintenance test center performance management situation, summed up the staff performance management problems and the existence of the problem, and a careful analysis of its causes; fourth chapter is the company’s performance management system design, combined with the actual performance management center system design; the fifth chapter for the company’s management, fulfil in the center of the performance management problems of organization and management, mainly related to the management of institutions, information management and supervision and inspection work; sixth chapter is the performance management system assessment, points out the shortcomings existing in the operation; seventh chapter, conclusion and prospect.
