E-commerce booms and becomes a commercial trend nowadays. The demand of foreign trade SMEs for E-commerce platform is also growing. E-commerce of foreign trade SMEs, as an emerging model of modern economic and trade activities, its development process and maturity, especially its business model have created great theoretical significance and important practical application value on both trade turnover and trade efficiency. The main purpose of this paper is through conducting researches on the existing models of E-commerce of foreign trade SMEs to find out the most promising model for them.This paper is based on the theories of economics, value chain, supply chain and E-commerce model, combining with practice, comparing with related classification methods both at home and abroad, through theoretical analysis and empirical analysis to study how E-commerce helps enterprises reduce transaction cost and create added value. It summarized typical E-commerce models and studied E-commerce applications in foreign trade SMEs, by studying the exterior and interior environment of foreign trade to analyze the SWOT of SMEs.By case study, the paper summarized that the countermeasure and the model with broad development prospect for SMEs at current stage is the model of third party resources integrated E-commerce. It also further studied the model and provided a scientific reference to related foreign trade SMEs.In addition, the paper put forward suggestions on the use of third party resources integrated platform. It drew a conclusion that comparing with other models, the model of third party resources integrated model enjoys obvious advantages in price, information collection, technology, business opportunities and popularity, which has a broad practical significance to SMEs. The third party resources integrated E-commerce will provide a broad stage and unlimited opportunities for foreign trade enterprises to "go out". In the current international and domestic environment, the model is worthwhile for practicing and innovating.
