Research On The Choice Of E-commerce Mode Of Chinese Foreign Trade Smes Based On Value Chain

E-Business as a new tool in the21st century has become a widely used. It canbring many opportunities for business, it’s broad prospect for development has causedthe broad attention and recognition around the world, and the new business modelshakes and enriches people in thousands by changing the traditional way ofcommodity trading. Small and medium-sized enterprise is growing rapidly all over theworld with its amazing vitality.Chinese small and medium size foreign trade companies are facing a more andmore dynamic business economic environment, in which their survival are destined tothe reliance of e-commerce. How to select the suitable kind of e-commerce hasbecome a top question. This paper intends to find out the proper modes ofe-commerce for these firms based on the theory of value and case analysis.The content of this article is divided into six chapters, chapter one introduces theresearch background, purpose and significance of this article. The second chapter isthe theory review, which includes E-Commerce, Business models, the theory of valuechain especially core business models which is the foundation of this article.The thirdchapter of this article, analyzed the China electronic commerce development presentsituation and problems of small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises, and usesthe SWOT model to analyze the environment. In the fourth chapter which is the mostimportant of this article, it puts forward the third party market and value net integrator.The last chapter of this paper concludes that the small and medium-sized foreigntrade enterprise should choose the third market and the value net integrator as itssuitable business model.
