This article takes the A Company’s existing compensation system as the research object, focuses on the study of the salary system design.From two aspects of the original salary theory origin and decelopment theories of different period by related scholars, the paper systematically explores the salary theory and management theory, summarizes the theories of salary design, compils and summarizs the typical salary design methods. Based on the above theory system research, it provides a solid theoretical foundation and scientific design method for A Company’s salary design.Based on the above research work, The thesis firstly analyzed the company’s human resources management and its current situation, found management problems of A Company compensation and analyzed of the causes of these problems combing with the practical situation of A Company. Secondly, For the above problems, the paper combined with the compensation theory and design theory, established the compensation design concept, principle and target. Finally, it has designed the compensation system of A Company.The thesis thinks, there are many deficiencies of existing compensation system and its management system, needs to adopt new compensation theory and design method to redesign. Therefore, combine with A Company produces the current prbduction situation, the current situation and external social and economic conditions, this paper has designed job performance salary system. The system can be used in A Company and provided experience for some similar enterprise’s salary management system reform to some extent.Finally, in order to promote the A Company compensation management level, the paper has putted forward measures to ensure plementation for the of new salary system Function.
