Through the description of the current compensation system and the analysis of the problems in one Yangtze river company, this paper puts forward the suggestions on improving the corporation's compensation system by applying modern compensation theory.Pay Administration System is more important to modern enterprise for it is a major index of capacity of competition. A good Pay Administration System should include several functions: including flowing of talent, attacting high quality empoyees, decreasing internal contradictions, stimulating the employees to bring into play capacity full. For the industry of cigarette, it is an important task to set up the available system. This papere laborates some virwpoints, combining the theory of Pay Administration System and the situation of one Yangtze river company.
